Tengion Files For IPO

East Norriton, Pennsylvania-based regenerative medicine company Tengion Inc. announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of up to .25 million shares of its common stock.
